Internal communications is no longer just about what goes in the newsletter, it's about creating and maintaining an effective communications environment in which employees believe in their organisation and understand their role within it.

Fourth Corner can offer a range of journalistic services or complete editorial management of your newsletter.
Research/Audits/Measurement
Fourth Corner provides an independent measurement and audit service to enable you to effectively evaluate your communications activities. This includes the unique Internal Communications Healthcheck to help you assess the current effectiveness of your communications activities across more than 40 good practice criteria. Fourth Corner can also carry out tailored research through interviews, focus groups and surveys.
Training and Facilitation
Do your leaders have the skills to effectively communicate and engage with their colleagues? Do your communications professionals have the experience and skills to develop strategy and drive change? Fourth Corner offers bespoke training in these and other areas, as well as the ability to facilitate your communication workshop or team meeting. Fourth Corner’s Dave Oliver is the course tutor for the CiB’s (British Association of Communicators in Business) popular ‘Communicating Change’ course (www.cib.uk.com).
Coaching

Fourth Corner provides a practical and cost-effective coaching service to help internal communicators make the most of their role – from positioning the function, raising the profile, devising the strategy or simply having someone to bounce ideas off.
