Developed a tailored version of the Fourth Corner Internal Communications Healthcheck for Europe’s biggest employer, the NHS.

The assessment tool includes a toolkit of practical help and advice to help NHS communicators improve their knowledge and skills across the full range of internal communication activities. The NHS Internal Communications Healthcheck has been rolled out across the UK as a national online benchmarking and development tool on the Department of Health intranet.


Helped a major global organisation to embed a culture of innovation and creativity.

Fourth Corner worked with the company’s innovation team to create and execute a highly creative communications strategy to raise the profile of innovation and encourage innovative practice.


Devised and organised an interactive event to launch a new organisation after a period of change.

The successful event included practical round–table exercises to involve staff in the development of a set of values and behaviours. More than 90% of staff rated the event as Excellent or Good.

Fourth Corner worked with the client to devise a new strategy and introduce a number of channel and process improvements to raise the overall level of communications effectiveness.
